To meet the demands of those customers looking to boost their snow removal efficiency this coming season, John Deere has rolled out three new single-motor, high-flow snow blower models. The SB72D, SB78D, and SB84D Snow Blowers are compatible with John Deere compact track loaders, compact wheel loaders, and skid steers.
These models incorporate a range of features, such as hydraulically operated poly-lined chutes and deflectors, to make snow removal easier for operators. Reinforced wrappers, adjustable skid shoes, and two auger options all provide improved performance and durability.
“We continue to expand our lineup of attachments to include additional, versatile solutions that increase the value and capabilities of our compact machines,” said Jessica Hill, program manager, global attachments at John Deere. “The SB72D, SB78D, and SB84D Snow Blower models are the ultimate snow-handling attachments, helping clear snow faster and more efficiently, while enduring harsh winter conditions.”
The SB72D, SB78D, and SB84D Snow Blowers can be used to clear snow from roadways, parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks. The machines are all available with a serrated auger option that can cut through the most difficult snow conditions. The chute rotates 270 degrees with a simple, direct-drive hydraulic motor. Furthermore, these snow blowers can move snow up to 45 feet from the machine itself.
Hydraulically activated chutes and deflectors make snow placement a breeze for operators. The skid shoes are easy to adjust, and all models can be equipped with replaceable, bolt-on steel edges and poly edges.
