Agricultural producers and agribusinesses are set to come together for the 40th year at the Four State Farm Show in Pittsburg, Kansas, July 18-20, giving attendees an opportunity to see the latest agricultural technology and equipment at work. This is according to a release from the event’s sponsor, Farm Talk Newspaper.
The release notes that the event has become a “Mall of Agriculture,” growing in size each year to nearly 700 booths that cover approximately 25 acres of land. The goal of the show, which is held in mid-July to accommodate producers’ schedules, aims to bring farmers and ranchers of the area together with people they’d like to do business with, providing a benefit to all parties in attendance.
Over the years, the event has witnessed a steady growth in attendance and exhibitors. Ted Gum, Four State Farm Show coordinator and Farm Talk Newspaper publisher, says in the release, “People keep coming back because companies always have something new each year. The Four State Farm Show is the place to see virtually anything new in agriculture.”
In addition to a number of exhibitor booths, attendees will have an opportunity to view water well and hay demonstrations, as well as a chance to test new mowers at a lawn mower test driving range. Parking and admission to the show are free of charge.
This event, which has been put on for 40 years, presents agricultural producers and agribusinesses an opportunity to connect and showcase the latest in agricultural equipment and technology.
